Hours of work
Monday to Thursday 09:00 – 17:00 (30 mins lunch)
Friday 08:00 – 15:30 (30 mins lunch)

Key Duties
– Assist in producing financial statements including P&L and Management accounts
– Assist in calculations on accruals and prepayments
– Ensure fixed asset register is kept up to date
– Intercompany recharges
– Reporting information to Directors
– Assist in Sales/purchase ledgers
– Daily Bank postings and reconciliation
– Process Weekly/Monthly Payroll
– Reconcile monthly sub-contraction.
– Reconciling company credit card statements
– Keeping Holidays/sick records up to date
– Maintaining and updating H&S records
– Maintaining and updating HR records
– Taking credit card payments
– Admin duties including filing and scanning on Virtual cabinet.
What we need from you:
– Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
– Proficient in English and must have basic computer literacy skills.
– At least 3 years of experience working in an accounts environment and be confident to handle day-today running of accounts department.
– Competent using Sage 50 & Microsoft Office package.
– Work on your own initiative and with other colleagues within the organisation.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy office environment.
